About Attorney Katherine Benesch—Counsel
Attorney Katherine Benesch joined Rosenblum Newfield as Counsel in 2011. Ms. Benesch is the principal in Benesch & Associates, LLC, in Princeton, New Jersey, and practices in the areas of healthcare law, litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), with particular emphasis on physician group practices, hospitals, hospital-physician relationships, credentialing, academic medical centers and faculty practice plans, state and federal regulatory matters, fraud and abuse, including Stark Law, anti-kickback and False Claims Act issues, managed care, and employment and licensing matters.
She represents clients in trial and appellate cases, administrative hearings and negotiations. Attorney Benesch is also an experienced arbitrator and mediator, handling many types of local, national and international cases, including healthcare, managed care and reimbursement cases of all kinds and disputes over clinical research trials. She is an author and speaker on many topics related to her areas of practice.
