The paralegal staff at civil litigation defense firm Rosenblum Newfield provides talented technical, legal and medical research and general support in preparation of cases and at trial.

Mary Alice Buck joined Rosenblum Newfield in March of 2009. Her medical/science educational background enhances her execution of her legal assistant responsibilities. She performs text book and medical journal research in preparation for medical liability cases. She also supports the firm’s attorneys at trial.

 

Mary Alice earned a bachelors degree in biology with a concentration in neuroscience from Williams College in 2007. She completed all pre-med requirements and was a Class of ’67 Neuroscience Scholar.

She is a Notary Public for the State of Connecticut.

 

Kate Wenner

Kate Wenner has been with Rosenblum Newfield since September of 2011. Her responsibilities include drafting discovery demands and pleadings, reviewing medical records, supporting attorneys at all stages of litigation, performing legal and medical research, coordinating the calendar and appearances for all New York cases, coordinating and conducting discovery matters, including medical record authorizations and maintenance and compliance with discovery requests.

 

Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fairfield University, Fairfield, Conn., in 2005. She was named to the Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha and was a Fulbright Scholarship Nominee. Kate received a Litigation Paralegal Certificate from the University of Connecticut in 2011.
